As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Concluded Off Premises.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to foodstuffs or other goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or where the seal has been broken after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
As honey is a foodstuff, opened or used products cannot normally be returned.
If the right of withdrawal applies, the product must:

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage when exercising the right of withdrawal.
If a product is damaged, faulty or does not match your order, you are entitled to make a complaint under the Consumer Sales Act.

If a return or complaint is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are normally processed within a few working days of the return being received and approved.
If you have received the wrong product or if the product has been damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or refund the purchase, depending on the situation.
Honey is a natural product. Its colour, taste, aroma and texture may vary from one harvest to another.
Crystallisation is a natural characteristic of honey and does not constitute a fault or grounds for a complaint.
